These inmages are products of Hamas propaganda, abusing human suffering for their own ends.
The attached article offers some context. Iran apparently provided the commander of the Hamas attack on 7 October 2023, killed by the Israeli strike on April 1 in Damascus.The current Iranian Regime has the annihilation of Israel its first foreign policy aim.
